This 70 min class begins with a Yang-style practice, focusing on active, energizing poses that build strength, flexibility, and stamina. You'll flow through a sequence that gets your heart pumping and your muscles engaged, leaving you invigorated and ready to conquer the world. Then, we transition seamlessly into the Yin portion of the class, where we slow it down and melt into deep, restorative poses.

Moving you out of your head and into your body, the warm and humid environment allows your muscles to loosen up, making it easier to sink deeper into those poses. We'll guide you through a sequence of poses designed to build strength, balance, and endurance.

Power Sculpt Yoga is a heated, dynamic cardio & strength workout that combines bodyweight exercises and/or weights or bands within the flow. This vinyasa-style class promotes enhanced strength, flexibility, and endurance. Power Sculpt Yoga seamlessly blends the mental and physical advantages of yoga with calorie-burning movements and muscle-building poses. It helps shift your focus from thoughts to the present moment, promoting meditation in motion. All skill levels are warmly welcome to join.

In this 45 minute active, vinyasa-style yoga class- we'll flow from one pose to the next, moving with breath. Working on your strength, flexibility and balance.
